On March 2nd 2020, Ascentra Credit Union launched a fully redesigned website. The new ascentra.org was developed with new features and upgraded information and navigation to better serve our membership.
"This is a fully re-designed experience for our members," said Jennifer Naeve, Chief Marketing Officer at Ascentra. "The needs of our members are always evolving and this new website gives us a chance to meet those needs in a modern way."
Some of the new features include online forms that can now be filled out and submitted directly on the website, an events calendar with the ability to RSVP, and the integration of the Ascentra Credit Union blog featuring "Making Cents" articles to keep members educated on their finances.
Perhaps the most exciting new feature is an online chat function that will instantly connect website users with someone in the Ascentra Digital Branch or a Mortgage Expert. This feature, found by clicking "Let's Talk!" in the bottom right of the screen, makes it faster and easier to get help with anything the member needs from simple balance inquiries to applying for a loan.
Ascentra is committed to serving our membership, the newly redesigned ascentra.org is a resource for employees, members and everyone in the communities we serve.
