She helps you in making transactions conveniently and instantly from your home, office, or wherever there’s a phone. When you call "Sara", she will ask you for your account number and four-digit personal identification number. Upon verification, you will be able to:
- Make account balance inquiries
- Transfer funds between your Ascentra accounts
- Request line of credit loan advances
- Make account history inquiries
- Place a stop payment on a check
