Since 2015, Ascentra Credit Union has been the presenting sponsor for the Run with Carl Annual Labor Day Run. The run raises funds for grants and scholarships awarded to local high school students in the Bettendorf and Pleasant Valley school districts. The run consists of three events, a 1/2-mile children’s fun run, a 5K walk/run and a 5-mile run. This year Ascentra was there in support of the runners through taking race day photos and handing out cooling towels. It was a beautiful day for a great event and a great cause!
