Steppin' Up

Each holiday season, our employees have a chance to step up through the Ascentra “Steppin’ Up” program. This program gives each employee $50 to pay forward to charities or causes that are near and dear to their hearts.  

“Year-after-year there is 100 percent participation in this program,” said Jennifer Naeve, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Ascentra Credit Union. “It’s a wonderful way to engage our staff in our listening, caring, doing what’s right culture at Ascentra”.  Although each employee can choose where they want to give, many pool their funds together to make a bigger impact for a cause they share interest in!
