Getting Started

First step is to make sure you are enrolled in Online Banking since your User ID, password, and security questions for Online Banking will be the same for MyMobile. 

If you are enrolled in Digital Banking simply download the Ascentra MyMobile App

Get the Ascentra MyMobile App:

To enroll your device, log in to Online Banking and select "MyMobile" under the "Accounts" menu. Then click on "Add New Device" which will take you to the MyMobile settings, there enter your mobile phone number under "Other Services".

MyMobile Text Banking

You don't need internet access on your phone to take advantage of MyMobile's Text Banking feature, which can be set up when you enroll your device in Online Banking. Once you register your mobile number, you can also get customizable text-based account alerts.

MyMobile’s Text Banking feature allows you to, check balances, view transaction history, find nearby ATMs and branches and get help. Message and data rates may apply.

Text Commands

Use these simple text commands to receive up-to-date account information:

BAL = Current Account Balances

HIST + Account Nickname = Transaction History

HELP = Contact Information

ATM + Zip Code = Nearby ATMs

BRANCH + Zip Code = Nearby Branches

STOP = Cancel SMS Banking Service
