Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance

• All Ascentra Credit Union members age 18 or over receive basic coverage of $1,000, at no cost to them. The credit union pays the basic coverage premiums.
• This insurance covers members if they die, or if they suffer loss of limbs or any senses resulting from an accident within one year of the date of the accident.
• Supplemental coverage may be purchased by members in amounts ranging from $10,000 to $150,000, and they are responsible for the premiums. Members can extend coverage to their spouses and children through the Family Plan. Supplemental coverage premiums range from $1.00 to $22.50 per month depending on the insurance amount and choice of single or family coverage.
