Lillian has been a regular in the Bettendorf office for at least the last 15 years. I know many of you have helped her with paying bills and balancing her check book. They [Lillian’s family] wanted to thank us for the many years of service we provided and most importantly the friendship that we built with their mother. The family could not express in words how much we meant to Lillian and how comforted they are, knowing how much we cared for her. (Lillian recently passed away)

Senior Account Representative Luz Morales & Account Represntative Priscila Villafuerte

I wanted to let you know Jeff Johnson, one of our regular members came in today and brought flowers for the entire branch!! He was very discreet and came directly into my office and said, “I just want the girls to know I appreciate them.” He came in to tell me how friendly our staff is and how he had been banking with another institution for years and they always gave him a hard time when trying to cash his paycheck, even when he was a regular there. He said that Luz and Priscila have been especially instrumental. They are friendly and take care of his transactions. His words were: every time I come here the tellers greet me with a smile and help me without questioning me over cashing my paycheck, I really like this branch! Way to go Moline!

Judy told me when she was in how much she appreciates how nice you are to her each time she is in the office. She said you always welcome her and are very friendly with her. She said you always make her feel special when she comes in and you acknowledge her each time she sees you. ;) She’s glad you work here and she was so excited you talked to her about rates today and saving her $200 a month!!! Great job!!

This for Helena – Helena referred this member over for a new mortgage referral and Sally said to tell her a BIG THANK YOU!! She said she went through the drive to get $100 to do her hair and Helena shared the low rates and she was so excited she did! She said, Helena is soooo nice and it was nice of her to let them know so they didn’t miss out!
