Branch Manager Aaron Conner & Account Officer Brandy Thompson

CEO Paul Lensmeyer was at a meeting outside the office when a member made the effort to tell him about the positive experience he had in working with Aaron Conner and Brandy Thompson. He indicated they were extremely knowledgeable and provided different options that were financially beneficial to him. Data and Software Applications Analyst Lori Looney was out picking up her lunch and still had her nametag on. The person that helped her there noticed her nametag and asked if she worked at Ascentra. Lori said ‘yes’, and she got all sorts of excited and said that’s “her spot over there on Grant Street”. She mentioned Angie, Linda and Candie by name. She then proceeded to tell me she only owes $20 on her loan and she’ll be visiting us again soon for another!

Deborah stopped into my office to compliment the Grant Street Tellers. She runs a youth baseball program and has lots of checks to deposit at the beginning of the season. Previously, they were with a large national bank and had nothing but trouble when they had to make deposits. Since they have switched to us they have had nothing but positive experiences. She wanted me to know how much they appreciate the level of service we provide. Great Job Rocio, Angie, Candi, & Linda!!

I received a call from Michelle regarding Mark Norris. She stated how wonderful he is and that he has always gone above and beyond for her. She has everything with us and Mark is always very patient and prompt when returning her phone calls. Michelle stated that Mark is very kind and helpful, as is everyone at the Muscatine office. Mark always makes the time for her and she feels truly appreciated as a member. She will never go anywhere else! Great job Mark!
